We offer two shipping methods at checkout:

Direct-to-Customer Shipping – $25
Orders are shipped directly from our international vendor to you. This option offers the fastest processing and delivery.

Ship to Shop – Free Shipping
Orders can be shipped to our shop at no additional cost. Please note, this option may result in longer processing and delivery times, as units may be shipped together with other customer orders and/or inventory ordered for on-hand stock.

Important Shipping Notes

• All online orders are preorders

• Processing times may vary based on customization and vendor holidays

• Shipping timelines are estimates and may be impacted by international transit and consolidation shipping

Billing & Shipping Address Policy

For fraud prevention, billing and shipping addresses must match. Orders placed with mismatched addresses may be canceled or delayed for verification. This policy is strictly enforced to protect both our business and our customers.

Signature Confirmation

All shipped orders require signature confirmation upon delivery. Once an order is marked delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please ensure you are available to sign for your package.
